After gathering this information, I conduct tests to analyze your muscle imbalances and determine which stage of the NASM OPT model you’re in. Based on these evaluations, I create personalized weekly workout plans just for you.
I keep the testing and communication processes up to date, closely tracking your progress, and continuously adjusting your plans to optimize your gradual progression. Additionally, I guide you in performing exercises with proper form and posture by showing you how to execute each movement through instructional videos.
